Create a signature for your e-mail or for a queue
Employ an email signature in Customer Date (on-premises) Customer Engagement to salvage time and be consistent in your responses. The owner of an e-mail signature tin can be a user or a squad.
Create an email signature
To edit a signature if yous are not a system administrator:

Select the Settings push

Select Options, so select the Email Signatures tab.

To create a new email signature:

On the E-mail Signature: New Electronic mail Signature page, enter the following values:

Title: The title for this electronic mail signature.

Using electronic mail signatures
