Never had a problem after ten years of service!
I use Exceed thru my work considering they get in available to me. I've had two issues in ten years. Ane was family member using my card without my permission, other was Norton Antivirus charging me two months early. Both were easily corrected. I recommend this cyberbanking system. If you know your money, they know your money. They recognize the descriptions in your transactions and are willing to help. Yes, you do have to call and ask for refund firstfrom a wrongful charge and you lot should. Don't yous want to exist in control of your $'s??
Horrible card
I had a very horrible and upsetting experience on this menu. I had a disputed charge ,after I received an email detect saying that it was resolved and requite dorsum my money,afterwards 2 weeks,they took back my refund,I called hotline and they said they tin't practice annihilation about it. So just stole my money,helpless policy! Don't deserve fifty-fifty 1 star charge per unit…should be Naught star rate for your helpless policy and customer hotline,you stolen my money!
Worked fine, until recently
This app worked perfectly fine until recently. I signed in and was told I had to update my countersign. Ok, fine. So, I tried and it told me in that location was an error. I tried to sign in again and I got the same error bulletin. I tried to change my countersign again and I was told I couldn't attempt to alter my password more than than in one case in 24 hours. I waited 25 hours and I tried once again with the same result. This happened the adjacent day, and the day after, and the day afterward. Since I no longer have access to the account, I withdrew my straight deposit to this card. I'm non going to apply it if I tin't access it, no negotiations. I now have my earnings deposited into some other account.
